In the beverage industries, CinchSeal has found applications in the wine and beer making industries. Finally, a seal has been designed that can survive the difficult environment of wine making. High acidic juices, sand, and pumice, will not affect the 7800 series seal when used on de-stemmers, receiving hoppers, and crushers used in wine making. Most major breweries in the US are using CinchSeal on their “spent grain” conveyors, which because of the high water content is difficult for packing and lip seals to handle.
